Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers of GLOBAL LINKS 1 LIMITED may cancel a course enrolment or consultancy booking. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

2. Cancelling a Course Enrolment

Customers may cancel their course enrolment under the following terms:

• Within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 60% of the content: Full refund will be issued.
• Within 14 days but after accessing more than 60% of content: A partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• After 14 days: No refund is available, but access to course materials continues for the lifetime of the account.

To cancel, email info@globallinksinternational.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancelling a Career Coaching Session

For IT career coaching and mentoring sessions, cancellations are handled as follows:

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may cancel or reschedule the session for a full refund or transfer of credit.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The session fee is non-refundable, as professional time and resources have been allocated.
• Rescheduling request: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee at our discretion.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Send a written cancellation request to info@globallinksinternational.com including:

• Full name and registered email address.
• Order or booking reference number.
• Reason for cancellation.
• Date of original purchase.

We will respond to all cancellation requests within 2 business days.

5. Cancellation by GLOBAL LINKS 1 LIMITED

GLOBAL LINKS 1 LIMITED reserves the right to cancel an enrolment or service agreement if:

• Fraudulent or misrepresented information was provided during registration.
• A chargeback was filed without prior communication.
• The customer's conduct violates our Terms and Conditions.

In the event of cancellation initiated by us without fault of the customer, a full refund will be provided.
